How do I take a good selfie for Tressaly?
Face a window so daylight falls on your face, wear your hair down, take off hats and glasses, and skip filters. Just you in the frame, head and shoulders.
Why did my photo not work?
Tressaly needs one clear face in good light. If the read says it needs a clearer photo, try again facing a window. If it says it could not reach Tressaly, check your connection and tap Try again: the same photo is used, and you are not charged twice.
Why can I not get another free read?
Each install includes one free read. More reads come with Tressaly Weekly or Tressaly Yearly.
How do I cancel or manage a subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Tressaly. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. For a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I restore a purchase?
In Tressaly, open Settings and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the Apple ID you bought with.
How do I delete my photos?
Your photo is deleted from our servers within 24 hours. To delete it from your iPhone now, open Settings in Tressaly and tap "Delete my photos and reads". To ask us to delete anything else, email us.
Orders, shipping and returns
Products are sold and shipped by AliExpress sellers, so orders, delivery and returns are handled in your AliExpress account. If a product we suggested is not what its listing showed, tell us, and we will review it.

Looks are AI previews of your photo, made to show the idea of a change. Real results depend on your hair, skin and the products used.
